What if there are tenants currently living in the property?
We buy homes that are tenant occupied. We'll even inherit a bad tenant and deal with them so you don't have to!
Is there any obligation if I request a cash offer or arrange a visit?
No, at the end of the day we are here to serve you even if we don't buy your home. We'll give you all of the information you need to make an informed decision, and that decision isn't always a yes.
Can I leave unwanted items in the home?
Yes, we always work with you to make it easy, we will donate what we can, and remove the rest for you after closing.
What’s the catch? Is there any money out of pocket or hidden fees?
The price we agree on, is the price you get. All closing costs, repairs, and fees will be covered by us. A local title company will pay off the mortgage and/or current property taxes if needed and pay you ALL of the rest!
